CITRUS COLLINS

1 1/2 oz SKYY Infusions Citrus Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup or Sugar
1 oz Club Soda

Prepare SKYY Infusions Citrus, lemon juice and simple syrup in a tall mixing glass. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice into a Collins glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of lemon.

SKYY Perfect Martini

2 oz. SKYY Vodka
1 dash Cinzano Dry Vermouth
1 dash Cinzano Sweet Vermouth
Note: The less vermouth, the drier the martini

Chill glass and shaker. Combine ingredients with ice in the shaker. Shake well (for at least 10 seconds). Twist a lemon peel over the glass. Strain martini into the glass over the twist.
