Who are Lime Bartenders?
Lime Bartenders is another first class business developed by Troy Overend. Troy has a reputation for high quality products and elite services in the entertainment industry.
How do I book a Lime Bartender for a function or event?
Simply phone: 0420 927 749 or use the contact us page provided. We will the contact you back in regards to your booking with a series of questions relating to your event. This helps us to provide you with the most relevent answers to your questions. Once we have agreed on a specific price for a specific service and a deposit has been paid. Your booking is complete.
When should the deposit for my booking be paid?
The deposit of 50% for your function or event must be paid 7 days prior to your function or event. If the 50% deposit has not been paid 7 days prior to the event we can not promise that your booking can be held! The balance must be paid to the bartender or function co-ordinator prior to the event starting. We applogize if your company policies conflict with ours, although we have these in place for a reason and are happy to pass up the job if this is a problem.
What payment options do you offer?
Credit Card - Cash - Direct Deposit - Bank Cheque - Personal Cheque.
Do you supply glassware?
Yes, we have a vast variety of cocktail glassware to suit all occassions. Please ask our staff about what we can do fo you!
Do you supply all the equipment to make to cocktails?
Yes, We supply all equipment that is required to make cocktails and provide the service of beverages. e.g. blenders, shakers, wine knife, trays and lots more... We basically bring more equipment than any bar you have been too!
Can you supply alcohol for the event?
NO, Queensland law stops us providing this service! This means that if you are employing our services and selling your drinks? It is your responsability to have the correct permits for the event or function. Private events (Home Parties ect...) dont require a permit.
Who supplies the garnishes for the drinks? and what is required?
We prefer to supply garnishes for all events and functions as we can maintain a high level of quality and ensure our beverages are presented to your guests and clients in a first class manor never skimping on quality.
I dont have a bar at my premises. What do you require to operate?
1 Power point - 1.5m / 1m of bench space - And a tap close by. Leave the rest to us as we have alot of experience when it comes to outdoor or off premises events and functions.
Can you supply cocktail menues and email invitations for your event?
YES, We have an in house graphic design and web development department team, which allows us to provide extra services our competitors cant!
Can you supply theamed bartenders for our event?
Yes, we love to dress up and have fun at events! It can make the event so much more of an experience. So basically if you have an idea. Call Jacquie on 0420 927 749 to discuss your options.

Yes, RSA is important to us and we do not employee the services of any bartender which do not hold a current QLD/NSW RSA cerficate.

Do you offer affiliate rewards for introducing new clients?
Yes, Please call in regards to any marketing opportunities we currently have available. We do offer a very generous commision for introducing new clients to Lime Bartenders.
Is Lime Bartenders affliated with or operated by any other company?
No
Do you supply topless bartenders for hens parties, private functions? ect...
Yes, although are services are limited in this field. We are not a stripper agency and olny provide topless male bartenders for your event/function. Please do not ask our bartenders to do anything other than this, as a refusal may offend.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations of bookings must be made in writting to LIME BARTENDERS via email or post 14days prior to the event booking date. No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event booking date.
