Lime Bartenders wants your function to be a success. We know the best way to achieve success is to formulate a strong, honest and open relationship with you, the event organiser. A relationship where communication is clear and expectations from both sides are understood from the beginning.
Lime Bartenders services are hired under the terms and conditions set out below. The payment by any person of any fees and charges for such services shall be deemed to be an acknowledgment and acceptance by such person of these conditions.
QUOTATION
Lime Bartenders will provide a quotation for the Event based on your individual requirements. The written quotation will remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue. In the instance that the Event requirement alters it may be necessary to review and reissue the written quotation.
CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
Lime Bartenders considers an acceptance of the written quotation and confirmation of the Event upon receipt of the signed Booking Form and Terms and Conditions together with the payment of the requested deposit.
PAYMENTS
All amounts are in $AUD.
A deposit of 50% of the total quotation amount including GST is required in order to secure a booking.
Full prepayment of all known costs must be received by Lime Bartenders 7 days prior to the event.
Payment can be made by direct credit (EFT), bank cheque, cash or credit card (Visa and MasterCard only). Any payment made by the Client to Lime Bartending via credit card may be subject to an additional processing fee - the fees may vary over time and will be advised at the time of booking.
ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION
If the Client wishes to change any particulars of the Event including the date of the Event, they must advise Lime Bartenders in writing, by email, fax or post, 14 days before the date of the Event.
In the instance that the Client needs to cancel the Event, they must advise Lime Bartenders in writing, by email, fax or post. If cancellation by the Client occurs 60 days prior to the Event date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs, 21 to 60 days (inclusive) prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. If cancellation occurs less than 21 days prior to the Event, the cancellation fee will consist of the total deposit plus all non refundable fees and charges incurred by Lime Bartenders.
Where circumstances beyond Lime Bartenders control prevent Lime Bartenders from fulfilling any obligations, Lime Bartenders will be released from this agreement without penalty.
CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client must supply all alcohol and ice for the Event.
The Client must ensure that its invitees act in an orderly manner and comply with the rules and regulations governing the venue in question.
The Client acknowledges that Lime Bartenders will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property brought to the venue or hospitality area by the Client or any of its invitees.
The Client must treat as confidential the terms of this agreement and all information supplied by Lime Bartenders that comes into the Clients possession concerning any Events.
RESPOINSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
Lime Bartenders has a Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy. It is illegal to serve alcoholic beverages to any person who is intoxicated or who may attempt to drive a vehicle, and as such Lime Bartenders reserves the right to refuse service to such person and or request the departure from the premises. It is illegal also to serve beverage to any person less than eighteen years of age and Lime Bartenders reserve the right to request suitable identification to this end.
Lime Bartenders will not permit or suffer any riotous, disorderly, offensive or improper conduct.
Offenders will be asked to leave the Event and may be escorted off the premises by a Lime Bartenders representative or member of security personnel.
LIABILITY
Lime Bartenders does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on its website and reserves the right to change the information published on its website at any time.
Lime Bartenders does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use or connected with its website.
Lime Bartenders makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any packages, products or Events advertised on its website, emails or any written material.
The Client will indemnify Lime Bartenders against any loss or property damage to any hospitality facilities, venues, or property of Lime Bartenders, arising out of the Clients, it’s agents, employees and guests, use thereof and for any personal injury, death or loss of or damage to any property or any person arising out of or as a consequence of the Client’s use of any hospitality facility, venue or property of Lime Bartenders except that such loss, damage, injury or death arises from the negligent act or omission of Lime Bartenders.
INDEMNITY
The Client hereby indemnifies and holds Lime Bartenders harmless from and against any and all costs, damages, and expenses, including attorney's fees, which are incurred by the Client, it's agents, employees and guests, or for which Lime Bartenders becomes liable as a result of the conduct of the Client, its agents, employees and guests.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Client shall be liable with regard to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury incurred or suffered by Lime Bartenders which relates to or arises out of the acts or omissions of the Client or the Client’s guests and the Client shall indemnify Lime Bartenders accordingly. This obligation shall be without limit of time.
MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms and Conditions and any booking form or invoice provided in relation to an Event booking constitute the sole and exclusive agreement between the parties. The Client acknowledges that no other warranties, representatives, or acknowledgments, written or verbal, have been made which are not reflected herein.
Should a portion of the total charge in relation to the goods or services be subject to any tax regulations including a goods and service tax, this will be added to the final invoice.
Both parties submit the sole jurisdiction of the Queensland Courts in the event that any disagreement should arise out of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions shall be binding between Lime Bartenders and the Client upon acceptance by the Client to these Terms and Conditions.
The person accepting on behalf of the Client warrants that they have full authority to bind the Client.
CONDITION OF SALE
The Client must not use the goods or services covered by this Agreement for any purpose other than for that for which it was purchased. Any breach of this clause will result in the cancellation of the existing customer agreement without a refund.
LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Australia.
