PRICES

All prices are in Australian dollars and exclusive of Australian GST. Prices and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice.

(This is rare, although with climate change and seasonal influences it is not an exact science and can happen) If (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) requests payment for an increase in price you may cancel the order by contacting LIME BARTENDERS within seven (7) days of the price increase notification.

ORDER

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and confirmation by (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) including pre-paid orders e.g. direct deposit and Paymate Express Payment. All orders must be paid in full before goods are shipped.

PAYMENT

50% of the booking total must be paid to (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) 14days prior to the event to confirm your booking.

Payment for bookings must be made in full to (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) by the customer 7 days prior to the event. No services will be preformed until payment is received in full prior to the start of the event.

Payment for orders shall be made in full to (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) by the customer prior to the order being shipped. No goods will be dispatched until payment is received in full.

If travel arrangements are required as a part of your booking, please be aware that the price quotated may vary according to changes in the market. and the customer agree's to pay any extra costs that are incurred as part of their booking agrrement.

Australia: Payment for products and bartending services booked through the (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) website can be paid by Credit Card (Credit Card Payments - CLICK HERE, Paymate Express Australia.

Please note that Direct Deposit payments may take a few days to clear through the banks - allow for slight delays over weekends and public holidays.

SHIPPING

The Customer shall be liable for loss or damage to products whilst in transit unless the Customer insures the item when purchasing it from (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia). Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept Registered Post deliveries.

Any date quoted for delivery is an estimate only and (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage arising from failure to deliver on or before the quoted date.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS OF PRODUCTS

If you need to cancel an order for any reason it must be done so as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled via fax or email (Contact Us) and are subject to approval. A cancellation made after an order has been dispatched will result in the customer paying the postage & handling charge on the order as well as the return shipping.

Warranty Returns:
(Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) accepts returns on faulty goods and incorrect orders only. Items that are returned, tested and found not to be faulty will incur an AU$50 non-fault fee.

(Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) offers a 60 day warranty from date of invoice (purchase date). After that time the manufacturer's warranty only applies - all queries must be made to them directly.

It is the Customer's responsibility to cover the shipping and insurance of warranty returns. (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) will not be responsible for any warranty items lost or damaged during return shipping. (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) recommends registered postage as it offers insurance and requires a signature on delivery. It is the Customer's responsibility to provide proper packaging for return items. Failure to provide satisfactory packaging will void any warranty claim.

It is the Customer's responsibility to return the item with all original retail packaging, including but not limited to, manuals, warranty cards and accessories. Items without original retail packaging are not acceptable for return.

Warranty turnaround times can be dependent on suppliers and manufactuer's - testing, repairing and shipping time. Not all items can be immediately replaced - please consider this when purchasing. (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) will endeavour to process your warranty claim as quickly as possible but some time frames are beyond our control.

Incorrect Orders

Tems that are incorrect, damaged or missing must be reported to (Troy Overend) trading as LIME BARTENDERS (Australia) by phone or email (Contact Us) within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If you receive an incorrect order please do not open the retail packaging. If an attempt is made to use the incorrect item(s) it will be deemed as acceptance by the Customer of the item(s) as an adequate substitution for the original order and no further credit can be claimed.
